MULI

We picture what we feel. Simultaneously we feel what we picture. Fascinating. The decision lies in the eye of the beholder. That decision one can only make for themselves. Just in that moment, as the mirroring projection has already occurred.

Artist Muli was born in 1987 in Henstedt-Ulzburg and is currently living in Cologne. Eversince she was little, she found a way for herself to cope with impressions of the world through coloring and drawing. She was guided by many emotions brought about by the people and animals which steadily accompanied her. Art still actively offers a safe space for her to this day, in which she’s able to create and shape her own world, within her personalized impressions. She began sketching her rural surroundings and its animals, to then develop her own style on canvas. Furthermore, Muli is genuinely and intensly engaged in examining our society and its collective human interaction. She captures her thoughts regarding these topics in form of poems and personalized quotes.

Forget the pain,

live,

thats the meaning of freedom.
